As you know, I go to the gym everyday except on Thursday because of the closed day. Today is Thursday so it's time to rest my muscle.
But, when I got on a scale after workout, I was shocked that my weight was gaining.
Well, that's just for temporary, isn't it? Does that mean I shouldn't get on a scale for a while?
After workout and spa time... that is correspond with the following part?

During the time I had only water. I didn't eat anything at all actually.
Now I don't have to worry about getting cramp my legs or calfs. I am building up my physical strength certainly.
