When I posted to Facebook after I ordered shrimp burger set meal at McDonald's, a friend of mine said "Why doesn't McDonald's offer this everywhere?"

Actually they don't have the one anytime. This is not on the list of burgers at the shops. Only if I find the coupon for shrimp burger in the McDonald's app, I visit there and eat it.
