But, you might not know about the background, so I will explain about it in detail.

However, not a few people are trying to get Google AdSense accounts in order to get money, even though they don't have any skills to write valuable articles. They are just copying from other articles of other website and connecting several contents from several different sites. They don't know what ”blockquote” is, they don't even know what copyright is.

After they tried to get Google AdSense accounts, they recieved the following AdSense Application Disapproved email in Japanese;

	As mentioned in our welcome email, we conduct a second review of your AdSense application once AdSense code is placed on your site(s). As a result of this review, we have disapproved your account for the following violation(s):   We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below Site does not comply with Google policies: We're unable to approve your AdSense application at this time for one of the reasons listed below or another reason listed in our program policies.
