Moved to wanichan.jp for the English site

I have three "wanichan" domain websites; wanichan.com, wanichan.jp and wanichan.net.

Actually I've already decided that wanichan.com site is just for Japanese technical resources. On the other hand, wanichan.jp is for non-technical contents and current events, etc.

The Main contents of English site are about myself. That's why I moved to wanichan.jp from wanichan.com.

In fact, more than 99% of wanichan.com contents are Japanese. Even though almost all of the visitors are Japanese, I have been keeping the top page in English. That's a kind of weird...
